Small Group Training
We offer classes for women of all ages and fitness levels. Each class is limited to 8 participants. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic we ensure everyone stays 6 feet apart and we have implemented rigorous sanitation measures. We are also doing body temp checks at entry and following all cdc guidelines. Spaces are limited so be sure to go sign up on the member portal to claim your spot. Class schedule and link to portal are below.
Functional Strength Training

Mondays- Lower Body Emphasis/ Wednesdays- Push Muscles (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)/ Fridays- Pull Muscles (Back, Biceps, Abs)

Boomers (Full Body)
Tuesdays & Thursdays
This class is specifically designed for women 50 and over. We combine body-weight exercises with free weights and some light interval training to help you tone, increase bone density, improve your balance and put your metabolism to work.
10 AM – 10:30 AM
Full Body Circuit Class

Saturdays -StrengthTraining circuit class.
High intensity strength workout designed to hit every major muscle group, gain lean muscle mass and burn fat.
