You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. You will continue to receive transactional messages required to deliver the services you’ve signed up for.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Request a copy of that information
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell, but California residents have a right to confirm)

We keep personal information for as long as you are a member or active prospect, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and legal compliance — typically up to seven years. Marketing contacts who haven’t engaged with us in two years may be removed from our active marketing list.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS) on our website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
BarBelles is a fitness facility for adult women. Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Terms of Use
By using lanasbarbelles.com, you acknowledge that your use of this site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that Lana’s BarBelles LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Lana’s BarBelles LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of this site.
Membership Refund and Cancellation Policy
You have a 72-hour cooling-off period after purchasing a membership package during which you may request a full refund. After the 72-hour cooling-off period, or after a package has been activated (meaning a session or class has been used out of the package), there are no refunds.
